Maida 1 cup
Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
Dry fruit powder (almond, cashew, walnut) 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Ghee 1/2 cup (at room temperature)
Method of Preparation -
In a mixing bowl, add maida, sugar, dry fruit powder, cardamom powder and make a dough with ghee.
Roll out medium sized discs.
Place them on a foil lined cookie sheet atleast an inch apart.
Bake them at 375 F for 15 min (depending on the oven).
Take them out if the tops develop slight cracks and the bottom portion has slightly browned.
Cool them on a cooling rack and watch them disappear !!!
This also goes to the PanchPakwan's Mother's day Event .
Serves 7 Adults (about 20-22 biscuits)
